Excellent five star service today from Precision Garage Door. Great communication throughout. Helpful texts and emails with scheduling information, providing a 2 hour window and a photo of the technician who would arrive. I received a phone call 25 minutes before he arrived. He was earlier than the 2 hour window, which he confirmed would be ok with my schedule. The technician's name was Jordan and he was very professional, pleasant, and informative. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door service and I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I called Precision - having used them in New Mexico and Precision's service here in Holland went beyond expectations: from initial troubleshooting and estimate with Tyler, to scheduling and eligible discount options with Eileen, and install by Kaleb. Thank you all for your service and kindness. These are tough times with greed and grift attacking the world. I am grateful for delivery of my new door and motor - I wasn't looking to spend $$ on a garage door. Those funds were intended for a very different joy on my bucket list. But Life happens as we plan and that is no fault of yours.

We have had Precision Garage Door out four times in less than a year since they replaced our springs. Each time, the technicians are very friendly and polite, but unfortunately the problem has never been fully fixed. Its frustrating having to call them back every month to month and a half for the same issue. While I appreciate their kindness and responsiveness when they come out, the repeated visits are getting old and I would have expected a longer-lasting repair.

Came out the same day I called. Looked things over and gave me 3 quotes with various options. I choose one and that's what they did. Total time was just over an hour for inspection, quote and work. A little pricier than I had anticipated but good work doesn't come cheap. Overall I with please with their work.
