The initial call for service (Sunday evening) was answered promptly with repair scheduled the next day. The technician arrived on time; was professional, friendly and new exactly what he was doing. All parts needed were on the truck. It all got done efficiently. Although I was aware of Precision Garage Door, the internet ad was thorough. Reading several dozen reviews was useful.

I am very impressed with Precision Garage Door or West Michigan. This company as well as their technician Jordan Houser are responsive, professional, very informative. They gave me a window appointment, which the technician beat as well as a text of the picture of their employee who would be arriving at my home. This was comforting for my safety as well as theirs. Jordan accessed the problem, offered options with no pressures and put my garage door back on track in no time. I will not hesitate to contact Precision Garage Door in the future & would recommend highly. Thank You so much!!! Christine Gale

Precision Garage Door of West Michigan did an absolutely excellent job with our garage door. We had a lot of issues. Tyler Kerry came promptly and was very professional every step of the way. All options were presented well, showing us how and why the problems were there helped us make the best possible decision for our needs. We purchased a new motor and many unsatisfactory parts were replaced along with a new keypad. When completed everything was explained and shown to me very well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door help. Terry from Zeeland, Michigan!

Repair guy, Austin, was great. Very helpful. But after doing some research, I realized how much we overpaid to get our garage door fixed. Due to the fact that it was a holiday weekend, we rushed before getting quotes elsewhere. Adhering hearing back from other repair services, I am sick to my stomach knowing how much we overpaid. Once again, Austin was nice and professional. But please, do your research before going with Precision.

Excellent five star service today from Precision Garage Door. Great communication throughout. Helpful texts and emails with scheduling information, providing a 2 hour window and a photo of the technician who would arrive. I received a phone call 25 minutes before he arrived. He was earlier than the 2 hour window, which he confirmed would be ok with my schedule. The technician's name was Jordan and he was very professional, pleasant, and informative. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door service and I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Everything about my experience with precision garage doors was excellent. My technician Connor came right as scheduled and he was able to fix my door in a timely manner. He also gave me a free quote for a new door that I felt was very reasonable. I will definitely contact them again for any repair or replacement that may be in our future.
