Our garage door spring broke this Saturday morning. Jon Consiglio from Precision Garage Door came out. First of all Precision had someone who could come. Second we were updated on arrival time which was when we were told he would be here. Jon had everything he needed so the job was done in a couple hours. He replaced the spring, some split hinges and I dont know what else. At the end he showed us how to lube everything we should be maintaining 3 times a year. Jon was great to work with. I highly recommend this business.

Jon Consiglio was our Technician this evening. He was thorough in explaining the product we were purchasing and explaining the quote. They are replacing our garage door and opener. He also took the time to make our broken garage door operable for the short period between now and getting it replaced. Great experience, Jon was awesome. Fast service with multiple pricing options. He even showed me what my doors would look like on a tablet when we replace them. Will definately use Precision again.

Jon serviced my whole garage door system with a safety inspection, and replaced the center bearing and the two torsion springs with professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to go over his work with me, tips on how to continue to maintain the function of the garage door, and inform me of parts that may need to be replaced in the future. Overall, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

My technician went above and beyond the call of duty. He did way more than I expected including giving me some very great tips to maintain my own garage door going forward. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I would want him to service my door in the future if I did ever need help again.
