Conner arrived early because he finished early with another customer. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. After looking over the situation of my garage door we decided to have the garage door replaced it is 21 years old. The door opening motor was hanging from the left side. Connor arrived promptly, fixed it by securing it, and "greased" those parts of the door that physically open and close it. He also lowered the cord that manually opens the door so short me can reach it easily. He is the nicest young man, did a thorough job, explained it all and charged a reasonable price.
