The booking person was polite and explained everything in advance. She read back all the details to make sure she had everything correct. We were relieved that the repair could happen on Saturday without incurring a surcharge and that a no obligation quote would be provided by the technician before any work was completed. My wife and I both received text messages to confirm the appointment, and one from the technician to say he was on his way. The message included a photo of said tech (Jeremy Parish). Jeremy was very professional, friendly and efficient, and the work was completed to a high standard. If you need a garage door repair in West Michigan, this company did an outstanding job for us.
