Same day service for a broken spring was great. Jeremy was personable and professional. He showed up on time. The app for location progress as he approached was very helpful. His explanations of what he was doing and recommended made sense.

Jeremy came to fix our garage door , replaced all rollers , replaced the rubber strip, he was done in a little over an hour. Jeremy did a great job and was very friendly, I will definitely recommend Precision Door Service

Ben and Stephen were great at making the entire process easy and seamless. My garage needed doors and to be honest was a car wreck. Nothing was square, it was never built for these kinds of doors, and it was never going to be an easy job. These guys explained the process and set expectations clearly. That was greatly appreciated as this was not an easy install. The service was exactly as promised, on time, and they left the space cleaner than they found it. The doors look great and the price was reasonable. If you need garage doors or repair this should be your first and only stop.

It's a scam. Their internet presence says they repair garage door springs, but when the technician gets to your residence he tells you that they only work on one type of spring. They wanted to charge me nearly $1500 to replace my broken spring! Then I was charged $75 for a service call that took 10 minutes. Stay away!

Jeremy Parish, the technician from Precision Overhead Garage Door Services, was extremely punctual, cordial and knowledgeable when it came to service on . our garage door. He went above and beyond explaining what and why we needed certain things done and then went about doing it in about an hour on a Saturday night. I highly recommend him and his company for any work you need done. Well done Jeremy!
