Our technician Jon Consiglio was great. Very professional and explained everything. He gave advice on maintaining and let us we had been doing a good job! He was prompt and very knowledgeable. So grateful to have had him get our garage doors back in perfect working condition!!

I had to use the one star just to get to the page to write this...made apps to fix my door...guy gets here and informs me they don't work on spring doors...something they might want to tell the custumer...u think...

Very fast and professional service. Called roughly 7:45am. Tech on site to review by just before 9:00am. Job completed about and hour to hour and a half later! (Broken spring, replaced spring, rollers and lubricated everything)

I called first thing this morning after my garage door spring broke and my truck was stuck inside. They had an afternoon appointment available same day. Judd came out and did a full inspection of everything. He was honest and fair. He had my garage door back up and working properly within a few hours. I highly recommend using precision Door. Judd was fantastic!

Precision garage door is reasonable & professional. Jon Consiglio is Awesome !! He explained everything to me so I could understand. I will definitely be requesting him new spring/summer for an update on my garage.
