Was very easy to schedule an appointment online. Once Jon arrived, he readily figured out the reasons(s) for my garage door dysfunction and I believe he went over and beyond to make repairs. Payment was easy and reasonable.

Had a wonderful experience with Pete. Called about a broken garage door spring on Saturday, he was here on Monday and provided a very thorough inspection and gave me lots of options to get it fixed in a way that met our needs and budget. No pressure. Had us up and running within an hour after the inspection. Highly recommended.

I was quoted over the phone for $300 and after the repairman came he charged me $811. Thats BS! I hate repairmen companies! Their mark up is completely BS & snake oil salesman should go to hell!

Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced! I placed a call at 11am to see if they had anyone with availability this week to replace a torsion spring that had snapped, and within a couple hours Jon Consiglio stoped by and got my garage door fully functional again. I would call Jon for any future repairs, and would recommend him to a friend.

I called and asked for a quote replacing a torsion spring on my garage door. When the service person got here, the quote went from $300 to almost $1000.

Last service 2015 - experience was great - 9 years later sudden spring failure on door that opens 8-10 times daily sometimes - am problem fixed in afternoon- Nicholas was was great - wife is happy - I am happy - refreshing use of technology to provide great service- kudos to the IT staff team . Your company has it right.

Jon Consiglio from Precision Garage Door's was amazing. He arrived exactly on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. After he completed our repair (replacing two springs and two hinges), he walked me through how to take care of the garage door (basic maintenance and lubrication points) and recommended a future service schedule. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Jon Consiglio.

On Sunday, April 21st, the rollers came out of the track on the garage door. I called Precision and the phone person sent Jon Consiglio to fix the door. Jon came at 4:00 the same day. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and did the annual inspection saving me from making an additional appointment. I cant say enough about his professionalism. He is an excellent representative for the company. I also liked the fact that the company sent his picture so I knew who I was expecting and verified his appointment with an e-mail. Very disappointing and they haven't even started yet. Waited for a week with my garage wide open, so I put some items to block it as to not invite my entire neighborhood into my home. Only at the estimate I was told to move anything 10ft from the workspace. In all the txt msgs leading upto the appointment however, not ONCE do they mention this, tho! Silly me, 7 days of hoping for no intruders, it slipped my mind. No more than a few boxes and some other EASILY moveable items. Instead of explaining to my wife she needed to move them which took 5min btw, Kaileb took the time to take pictures and just LEAVE without explanation. NOW I have to wait a whole NOTHER WEEK for an appointment since they already have half my money in the deposit. For the extra $150 I bet Fawley Doors wld have at least SAID something before just LEAVING. At this point just fix my door, it better be and GET OUT!!! And it better be done RIGHT, cause I NVR wanna do business with Precision AGAIN!
