Called on Monday to get a broken spring fixed. They came out Tuesday morning and we're done within an hour. Extremely professional, showed me things about my garage door that I had no clue about. I didn't know my door could be that quiet! Will definitely call them again.

Jordan Houser from Precision was outstanding, listened respectfully and very knowledgeable with the service he provided. He presented three different options and allowed me to make my choice based on the information he provided. Jordan didn't push any of the options and very quickly made the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend Jordan and Precision.
