The spring broke on my garage door and it would not open. I called Precision and they were able to have a technician, Tyler, come out that afternoon. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He had the door working in no time. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Mike M. Was my tech and very nice, respectful, quick. He called me when he was 15 mins and was right on time, explained what he saw wrong and then gave me the two choices to fix the few issues or just replace all the old parts to brand new, which I just went with all new because dont really want this to happen again in a week or month or when ever those old parts decide to go. Mike got it done quick and then explained how to lube all the parts to keep it working properly.
