Precision Garage Door Service provided us with excellent care and service. They responded that same day - a Saturday - and Jeremy Parish was the technician. He was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us some great instructions for improving the functioning and life of our garage door. During the inspection, which most garage door companies don't offer, Jeremy discovered that one of the main bolts securing the door opener spring was missing. That could have been a real disaster! He repaired it quickly and efficiently. And the price of the entire service was very reasonable. We recommend this company 100%!

Mike McClellan, our service tech, was informative, helpful, thorough, and friendly. He worked through several hitches to ensure that our finished garage door was up to his standards. He even returned to touch up a small scratch that I did not see, but he did. "It bothers me because it's new." I was impressed by his honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship. I would recommend him to anyone.

Thank you for the prompt service. It was great to be able to schedule the work when it was convenient for me. Mike McClellan was great to work with and so friendly. He called ahead to tell me exactly what time he would be coming. Arrived on time, he explained what needed to be done with my broken garage door opener and gave me a couple choices. He installed a new, upgraded system for me. I couldnt be more pleased. Thank you!
