Three years ago, we needed emergency garage door repair. Precision came out immediately. We ended up purchasing a new door, as ours was over 45 years old. Precision came out immediately and gave us a quick fix until our new door could be ordered and installed. Got a nice looking door and installation for a very reasonable price in a few days from the initial order. Recently had an unusual squeak, called and got an appointment in less than 24 hours. Our service tech realigned the door, track and adjusted the springs. Works great. Thanks

My experience with Precision Garage Door was great since the beginning. Jordan was very polite and knowledgeable when he came to measure our doors. Eileen went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide assistance. She sent photos that were very helpful. She responded quickly through text, which was better for me. And when Jordan came back for installation, him and the other guy (sorry-can't remember his name) were both very helpful and explained everything in detail. Our garage doors look fantastic. They scheduled for the same morning, we're on time. Jordan is very professional. He explained all of my options in detail. Including the top option with 5 year warranty for only $50 more than the same work no warranty, $10 bucks a year to cover everything that was done today. Would recommend them as a 10. Ask for Jordan.

We booked a service visit after one side of our door lost spring tension and proceeded to blow out our vertical tracks on both sides. It was a mess. Judd came out and did an excellent job going over all the options to get us back up and running. Once we made a decision to move forward with one of the fixes he was able to perform the fix perfectly in a timely manner. The system Precision door uses to book and schedule appointments is outstanding. Doesnt require a call and there was no delay in getting a response. If all business owners used this system my life would be easier.
