Precision Garage Door of West Michigan did an absolutely excellent job with our garage door. We had a lot of issues. Tyler Kerry came promptly and was very professional every step of the way. All options were presented well, showing us how and why the problems were there helped us make the best possible decision for our needs. We purchased a new motor and many unsatisfactory parts were replaced along with a new keypad. When completed everything was explained and shown to me very well. Jeremy Parish was quick, friendly, and efficient. He made sure everything was working smoothly the whole time he was servicing our garage. He even made sure the door closed all the way with changing the setting on the motor. Also was quite assuring that the damages were repairable without trying to scam me into getting something I didn't need. Checked to make sure all the parts that move were moving properly and added some lubricant. I would say it was a very fair estimate. My door almost looks good as new. Even helped me with tips on how to keep the garage door in the best condition it can be in a long with tips on what to look out for as the door is original from 97'. Thank you guys for helping my family keep our dog inside.

Our cables got unraveled and our door was crooked and won't go down but Judd was able to complete the task very quickly like no more than 10 minutes(?). It had happened while I was trying to leave for work, and I left work early to contact the company but it was after 6pm so I wasn't able to get in until the next day. Luckily, they had an emergency contact number and that's where Judd came through to help between 8-10pm same day. He was very kind and I appreciate the help for how late it was. Definitely recommend and the fee was fair and reasonable!
