I called on Saturday morning and was surprised that they would be able to provide service the same day. The service tech, Jesse, showed up in the early P.M., as promised. He was pleasant and competent and without knowing what the issue was, had the parts needed to repair the door on his service van. Took about 1½ . Door works great.

My garage buckled in today, and Precision was right there within an hour to assist me in getting the door closed for security. The door is a loss, but they provided me on the spot financing to allow me to get a new install scheduled and afford me time to pay it back. Amazing company !

Called after hours on Monday and they were able to get me on the schedule first thing Tuesday morning. Austin arrived during the timeframe promised and quickly identified the solution - giving us 3 repair options, which I appreciated. He was thorough and explained all of his work.
