Our spring broke late in the afternoon and Tyler showed up the next morning. His work was excellent and first rate; he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Our door needed a lot more work than just a spring and Tyler finished in less than 2 hours. Overall a great experience and we will call again the next time we need garage door help :).

We have a 74 year old solid wood garage door that broke today at 10:00am. I had a service tech, Tyler Kerry, at our door at 2:45pm. Tyler assessed the problem, clearly explained all the options available, and provided us with estimates for each option. After making our choice Tyler fixed the door doing a thorough job. I choose precision door because I had them replace my garage door 4yrs ago. This past winter the bottom rubber strip and the Chanel that holds it popped out. Zack Riiz from precision was my technician, he was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He not only fixed the issue showd me potential problems i could have in the near future, he was great!

I called on Saturday morning and was surprised that they would be able to provide service the same day. The service tech, Jesse, showed up in the early P.M., as promised. He was pleasant and competent and without knowing what the issue was, had the parts needed to repair the door on his service van. Took about 1½ . Door works great.
