I needed the weather stripping replaced around my garage door and some service done on the door because the door was very loud and acting up. Jon came out to do the work and he was fantastic. He was extremely thorough and explained in detail all the work that needed to be done before he started with a complete estimate. The work was done quickly and with excellent quality. I will definitely be using Precision going forward for any garage door needs!

Last service 2015 - experience was great - 9 years later sudden spring failure on door that opens 8-10 times daily sometimes - am problem fixed in afternoon- Nicholas was was great - wife is happy - I am happy - refreshing use of technology to provide great service- kudos to the IT staff team . Jon Consiglio from Precision Garage Door's was amazing. He arrived exactly on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. After he completed our repair (replacing two springs and two hinges), he walked me through how to take care of the garage door (basic maintenance and lubrication points) and recommended a future service schedule. Our garage door spring broke this Saturday morning. Jon Consiglio from Precision Garage Door came out. First of all Precision had someone who could come. Second we were updated on arrival time which was when we were told he would be here. Jon had everything he needed so the job was done in a couple hours. He replaced the spring, some split hinges and I dont know what else. At the end he showed us how to lube everything we should be maintaining 3 times a year. Jon was great to work with. I highly recommend this business.

This was the second company I called after the spring broke on my garage door, trapping my vehicle inside. The first company was going to take 4 days to get to me. I called these guys at 8pm and had Nick at my house by 8am. Nick was helpful and informative. He did a great job and also was helpful in understanding future needs of my doors. On Sunday, April 21st, the rollers came out of the track on the garage door. I called Precision and the phone person sent Jon Consiglio to fix the door. Jon came at 4:00 the same day. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and did the annual inspection saving me from making an additional appointment. I cant say enough about his professionalism. He is an excellent representative for the company. I also liked the fact that the company sent his picture so I knew who I was expecting and verified his appointment with an e-mail. Our door opener broke after our power went out, and within a day they had Jon out to inspect and assess the damage, after his safety inspection. Two days later, he had come and installed a brand new opener and was so polite and kind to me and my girlfriend. Service was kind, quick, and convenient. I'm absolutely pleased with the outcome and the quality of work. He even showed us how to care for it during the appointment, indicating which bearings and parts to lube quarterly.

The work was completed in a timely fashion. I thought the cost was very excessive. Not having any knowledge of what the repairs entailed I agreed to the estimate. According to GOOGLE the repairs should have been about a third of what I paid. Live and learn. Get estimates before signing.
