I called to get a repair appointment to replace a broken spring. I was told there was a three hour wait to get a technician. I accepted. Ten minutes later I got a phone call from the tech, saying he had time would it be OK to come now. i accepted again. The tech proved to highly knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. he had my door repaired in no time. Boy, am I impressed.

Our tech (Judd) was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and so fast! I called with our issue (broken spring) at 2pm and by 4pm it was fixed! They have me a variety of pricing level options and helped me settle on what worked on our budget. The communication is great with confirming your appointment, informing you when you tech is on their way, and who the tech is ahead of time. I would definitely call them again!

Within the afternoon of my call to Precision for service on my garage door, the technician arrived. Jeremy Parish pleasantly greeted me on the phone in advance to let me know that he was on his way. When I explained that in addition to the regular maintenance, I wanted the aluminum channel and seal replaced, he believed that he had in his truck what was needed. I appreciated knowing that. Jeremy met me with his totally professional manner. After a quick assessment, he told me the method of repair and installation. An hour later, the entire job was completed!
