James Bristol arrived on time and cheerfully and professionally repaired our broken garage door. He replaced springs, bearings and cables. Work was completed within an hour and the door works like new. Very pleased. Friendly service on phone and in person.

Arriving home from shopping, we no sooner got into the house with groceries when we heard a large bang from the garage. Turned out to be a broken spring. We sceduled an appointment online for same day service. Judd showed up about two hours later and he was great. He evaluated all moving parts, gave us three levels of quotes and then proceeded to fix everything. He was done in less than an hour and we have a fully functional garage door again with two springs instead of one, new rollers, new cables, new bearings and cable drums. This was needed after 22 yrs. of no service ever having been done on this door. Thank you for such prompt service!

Door problem at 7:00am, called Precision Door, they scheduled appointment for 10 to 12 same day. Jordan called 10:15, arrived 10:30, finished job just before noon. Polite, professional, answered questions, did his job as promised. I have used the services of Precision Door in the past with equal satisfaction. I would recommend always, to anyone. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE, I needed a tech to get into my garage which was stuck closed, they got in through a side window which was fine and expected but they left all the glass and wood debris from it on the ground, didn't even bother cleaning that up. On top of that, they overcharged double typical rates for a new basic opener AND they programmed the door to open too far causing the tension cable to pop off and the door fell off the track in 3 different spots, an absolute pain!
