I called first thing this morning after my garage door spring broke and my truck was stuck inside. They had an afternoon appointment available same day. Judd came out and did a full inspection of everything. He was honest and fair. He had my garage door back up and working properly within a few hours. I highly recommend using precision Door. Judd was fantastic!

Had a great experience with Judd repairing our garage door equipment after our tension spring broke. We had the motor, springs, rollers, cables, and drums all replaced, and we love how quiet the new equipment is. Judd swapped us from an extremely loud chain driven motor to a nearly silent belt driven motor, and all the other equipment that was replaced left our operating smoothly and silently. He was great to work with, and we would highly recommend him for any garage door needs.

John repaired our garage doors after other companies had put a band aid on the problem. He noticed poor construction was to blame and he rebuilt the mounting system to do the job right. I would highly recommend him if your wanting the job to be done right the first time.

Nicholas Rugg showed up at the beginning of the scheduled service window, got our broken door open and we were able to get our car out so my wife could make her appointment. Nicholas replaced the springs an bearings quickly, and arranged for the eventual replacement of the door. A pleasure to work with.
