Old garage door opener failed over the weekend- was able to get Jesse M. From Precision Garage Doors out to replace the unit first thing Monday. New opener works great, very quiet and Jesse was professional and fast- less than 90 minutes to install new Genie opener.

I would highly recommend Precision Door Service. When I called they were out the next day. The technician who came was Jessy and he was awesome! I couldn't have asked for a nicer technician. He explained everything that needed done was very professional, courteous, and friendly and polite. Something you don't always find in this day and age any more. He did an excellent job. Thank you.

The door quit working and I called in the AM, ***************************** responded same afternoon, diagnosed that an unknown animal had got in the garage, chewed a wire on the sensor making it inoperable. He fixed the problem and was gone in just over an hour, very polite and professional.

I could not close my garage door and called Precision Garage Door of Mid Michigan for help. Southeast and Mid Michigan technician, Jessy M, was excellent and superb.I know nothing about garage door, Jessy was able to explain in detail what he planned to do and why he did it. Jessy even gave me a quick lesson about different types of garage doors and their durability. He not only helped me to fix the garage door, but also provided me some useful knowledge. To management: Jessy is an asset; please promote him to be a team leader when the opportunity arises.

The steel cable on my garage door broke. *************************** came out and assessed the needs. He was very professional and kind. He provided me with several options to remedy the situation and did so in a very professional manner; he was very polite and easy to work with. Our garage door was cracked, hanging lower on one side, and the cable came off the railing. The garage door and set-up is over 34 years old. It, unfortunately, broke down. Steve came out and gently gave us the bad news that we'd need a new garage door. We selected our new door and are awaiting it. Steve was very professional, listened to our needs, and made suggestions and comments which were very informative. My husband and I are pleased we selected Precision Door Service. When the door comes in, we are confident the job will be installed with great care.
