I will not use anybody but Precision. A few months ago they replaced all 3-garage door openers. Today they replaced an overhead door on our shed. Eric Furlow was our tech and did a terrific job. He was on time, job was done quickly and correctly. He was super polite.

Our first experience with Precision was very pleasant. Dan was very helpful and thorough with his inspection and was able to correct the issue we were having. He also made us aware of potential issues that we should consider taking care of without making me feel pushed or pressured to make those repairs right now. He gave us the information we needed to discuss and plan to have the service done and we really appreciate. We will definitely use their services again and would recommend them.

Our project had more than a few false starts and revisions. The storm damage to our garage created a maze of code compliance and physical changes to the garage opening. The original door package we ordered had to be revised for a couple of reasons. The folks at Precision Garage Door of Southeast & Mid Michigan were always available to help us with the changes and Dylan Smith-Gailey was a pleasure to work with. Our garage door was literally falling apart. We chose to get an estimate from Precision due to the good Google reviews. The office responded to me right away and Rick came out the next day to provide some estimates. We had initially chosen a garage door that was really expensive and Rick offered some advice and we ended up with what we consider a great alternative at a great price. Rick was able to send a few mock-ups to give us an idea of how the doors would look on the garage which was very helpful. My garage door opener died at 4:50 pm on a Friday. I had it serviced several years earlier so I called that company. I had to be put on the urgent list for $199; I wasn't happy but I didn't want to wait until Sunday - the first available 'regular' appointment. Right after that call, I called Precision Door and they offered me a Saturday appt time of 12-2pm for $75 so I scheduled my appt (and called the previous company to cancel and tell them why). I was extremely happy with Jessy Metzmaker. He explained everything that needed to be done and it was done in a very reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be using this company in the future and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely a great and reputable company. After I had originally hired A1 Garage to replace broken springs and new drums, A1 botched the project and charged me $1500. Springs and drums were replaced, but door opener would no longer work, and was told that I needed another $500 in bracket replacement to correct the issue. I then called Precision Garage Door Service, who had me up and running within two hours of the technician (Steve) arriving. Steve even filled me in on everything that he did, and how to maintain the excellent work that he had done. VERY satisfied!!! Call Precision if you need any Garage door service...they are honest, and follow-up from start to finish!
