Wonderful service provided by Jessy Metzmaker! Right on time, fixed my OLD overhead garage door in a timely fashion and was very pleasant and knowledgeable in everything! Thought of Precision because of the tv ads and found it was in the top 3 company for this area. Jessy is a great presenter for this company.

Cesar Velasquez did a wonderful job installing my new garage door! We did realize halfway through the install that it was the wrong door and he quickly took the info and photos and emailed everything and by the time he left it was being fixed.

Called earlier in the week after my garage door broke and scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday with a 4hr window. The technician showed up right at the beginning of that window at 8am and we discussed what could be done to fix my issue. Although the fix was more than I was wanting to spend the parts for the original system were not available so a conversion was installed in about an hour with all new parts and now my garage door opens and closes much smoother then before. Everyone was polite and courteous and the job was completed quickly. Would definitely use again if needed.

I had such a great experience with this company today! Our technician, Chuck Butler was extremely helpful and personable. He provided excellent customer service explained everything clearly & the pricing was very fair. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to come out same day service within just a couple of hours of my call with no crazy emergency fees! The repair was done efficiently & everything is working perfectly now. Im very happy with the work done here today & would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repair!

Scheduled an online appt this morning after 7am. Requested same day, 8am - 10am slot. 20 minutes later I get a text from Chuck that he is on his way. Chuck arrived at 8am. Replaced both torsion springs and rollers. Done by 10am. Chuck was excellent, kept me informed on work progress and was very thorough. Excellent repair from the start to the end. Highly recommended

July 4th weekend, the weather has been very hot and muggy. We leave for work at 6am and the garage door only goes down hallway, we must continue. When we return we notice the spring is destroyed, the cables are coiled in a big bunch. We need to call for assistance. The appointment was scheduled for one-two hours later, unbelievable! On a holiday weekend! Daniel Mendoza drove through traffic jams, rain storms and got here as promised! He was very professional, giving us several estimates and warranties to choose. We made the decision. He worked in the hot garage for as long as he needed to make certain the garage door would work right. Now our door sounds better than ever! We have to look to make sure that it has gone down, it's so quiet! Thanks so much Daniel!

Precision Garage door was awesome to work with from the first call to get an in home estimate to the finished product. The service rep that came to give an estimate was the same technician that returned to do the work! Not only was Daniel's work clean, quick and efficient, but he was able to make some very specific changes to placement and height of our garage door opener that we discussed. I'm happy with the finished install and Daniel taking the time to walk me through my new device, get it set up on my phone and in both vehicles!

This company is the best!! Have used them a couple of times. The tech Jesse was amazing!! Took photos and explained issues in-depth. I was given three options to rectify my issue and other potential issues. At NO did I feel like it was a hard sell. Jesse was VERY friendly and knowledgeable. I even asked him if he liked his job. He immediately said he loved it and enjoyed speaking with and getting to know the customers. He was very honest and genuine. Please use this company for future garage door issues. They are fair,knowledgeable, and honest, IMO. Thanks Jesse!!

Ive never needed to repair my garage door before and I came home and found that the spring was broken. I called this morning and they had Daniel Mendoza come out to repair it. The service and professionalism of Daniel was outstanding. It is so nice to have such a great service experience. Our service tech, Jessy, arrived in less than two hours. He did a great job explaining the problem with my garage door seal and then replacing. He also replaced our door opener--which hadn't worked properly in two years. The other company I had previously contacted just gave me an 800 number for the opener manufacturer and told me to call them myself! I'm a very happy Precision customer and will certainly use them again.
