I was not overly impressed and probably won't choose to use this company. If you are going to charge a fuel surcharge you should be up front. When I called to schedule an appointment I was told there was a 75 dollar service fee, with no mention of any fuel surcharge fee. At least the technician deleted the fee when I made an issue with the additional cost. Additionally he stated the cost to adjust the door spring was 90 dollars. When it came time to pay he said it was a little more...to the tune of 250 dollars...that isn't a little more, that's more than double. He did at least apply a military discount, but its really not cool to be told one price and then after service rendered be charged much more than double. If you quote a price...stick to the price.
The service technician was friendly and very thorough in addressing my potential door replacement, but I really don't like the sales tactic of, sign today and the repair fee is waived. 6000 dollars worth of garage door isn't an impulse buy.
Overall disappointing.
