He called ahead to tell me exactly what time he would be coming. Arrived on time, he explained what needed to be done with my broken garage door opener and gave me a couple choices. He installed a new, upgraded system for me. I couldnt be more pleased. Thank you!

Our cables got unraveled and our door was crooked and won't go down but Judd was able to complete the task very quickly like no more than 10 minutes(?). It had happened while I was trying to leave for work, and I left work early to contact the company but it was after 6pm so I wasn't able to get in until the next day. Luckily, they had an emergency contact number and that's where Judd came through to help between 8-10pm same day. He was very kind and I appreciate the help for how late it was. Definitely recommend and the fee was fair and reasonable!

Called Precision at 7:30AM. Had Jeremy here by 10:15 to replace garage door motor. Left by 1:00PM.Every thing was explained and demonstrated before he left. Thanks for the expediency in getting this issue fixed. Well done.

At 8am this morning the spring on my garage door snapped. I called Precision and they had a technician out here at 10am. My technician, Jeremy, inspected the door and laid out my options. Jeremy was knowledgeable and gave the pro's and con's of my options Was happy with the option I chose and Jeremy completed the work and was done just after noon. Fast, friendly and did an excellent job getting my door back in running order, better than it was before. Would highly recommend and use them again. Price was fair and work done the right way. One Happy Customer!

Came out the same day I called. Looked things over and gave me 3 quotes with various options. I choose one and that's what they did. Total time was just over an hour for inspection, quote and work. A little pricier than I had anticipated but good work doesn't come cheap. Overall I with please with their work.

I called to inquire about a new garage door. Tyler came out and gave me 3 options. Once I selected an option, the work was scheduled and Benjamin arrived on time, with everything he needed. The new door was up and working 2 hours later. Benjamin even replaced all of the old wooden trim around the door. Great communication (emails, texts) throughout the process. Really easy to do business with and the install was flawless. Definitely recommend.
