Justin and his helper did a great job replacing the opening mechanism on our garage door. It wasn't cheap (what is these days) but it was a builder-grade door and all the parts had to be replaced.

Precision Garage Door Sent Austin Bectel for service garage door not opening Austin looked at the door and discovered a wire chewed causing door not to open. He repaired the wires and realigned the electric eyes . Door works great! Very efficient, knows product and was quick to find out what was wrong with door not opening. Thank you Austin for doing a great job!

Jeremy came out to service my garage door and went above and beyond in every way. He walked me through multiple options, explained all the price points clearly, and took the time to teach me how to properly maintain my door to extend its life. His professionalism and knowledge made the whole process smooth and informative. And if that wasnt enoughhe even helped my neighbor who came over mid-appointment with a question about her garage door! Jeremy didnt hesitate to assist, and that speaks volumes about his character and dedication. He did an outstanding job, and Ill always recommend this company!

Our garage door spring decided to break on a holiday weekend Sunday. Both cars trapped in the garage! I called Precision and the call was immediately picked up by Charlla (sp.) who was super understanding and very efficiently collected all the needed information. Connor called about an hour later to tell us he was on his way. He immediately went to work and within about an hour we were back in business! Very impressed with Precision's operation from beginning to end. We could even follow a link to see where Connor was before he got here, how far away in minutes and miles! Connor was super, well dressed, clean, articulate and knew exactly what he was doing from beginning to end! Glad I made the call I did! Would do it again anytime!

Jordan came to fix a non working opener. He went above and beyond. The opener was very old and non functional. He replaced it, reprogrammed it, adjusted and lubricated the door as well as bringing the panel down to my eye level. Thanks for a job well done in a speedy manner. I also wanted to say, thank you for the photo of Jordan sent before he arrived - sure did appreciate that!
