Precision Door came out on a weekend when my garage door broke. They secured my garage, helped pick a new door, and special ordered it for our odd sized opening. Ben came out when the parts came in and fixed it all up in a few hours. A great experience, well recommended!

Our garage door was installed last year and looks amazing. Our wall mounted button stopped working a few days ago and the team from precision came out and fixed it within three hours of the call. Tyler is great and I cant recommend he or the company enough.

Called on Monday to get a broken spring fixed. They came out Tuesday morning and we're done within an hour. Extremely professional, showed me things about my garage door that I had no clue about. I didn't know my door could be that quiet! Will definitely call them again.

Our garage door spring broke on Saturday May 3, I googled repair places for the door. I called Precision Garage door of West Michigan, first I asked if there was a extra fee for coming out to repair on Sunday and was told no, they also give veterans a discount, made an appointment for Sunday at 2pm and Connor showed up a little early, he explained what was needed and gave me a quote to repair the door. We approved the repair and he got the job done, he asked me to come out and check it out and I reviewed his work, items that were quoted were replaced and the door worked fine. I would give Connor and Precision a 10 out of 10 great job and price. Thank you for taking care of us today Frank Wilcox
