Arriving home from shopping, we no sooner got into the house with groceries when we heard a large bang from the garage. Turned out to be a broken spring. We sceduled an appointment online for same day service. Judd showed up about two hours later and he was great. He evaluated all moving parts, gave us three levels of quotes and then proceeded to fix everything. He was done in less than an hour and we have a fully functional garage door again with two springs instead of one, new rollers, new cables, new bearings and cable drums. This was needed after 22 yrs. of no service ever having been done on this door. Thank you for such prompt service!

OMGoodness! Do not hesitate. Precision Garage Door of West Michigan is the right choice! Bottom line from scheduling to paying for their service and repairs, the entire process was a great experience. I waited through the weekend thinking that when I called their office on Monday I would probably get put off a week or two. When I did make the call on Monday, I learned right away from their website. They were open 24 hours. Meaning, I could have called earlier because they have technicians working on the weekends too! That was a pleasant surprise. As I was on the phone holding for someone to schedule the appointment, the on hold information indicated I could go to their website and schedule a service call. So I thought, Ill go ahead and do that while Im waiting, but I have to admit, I was very skeptical about that process. I was surprised when I was able to schedule the service call for the same day a couple hours from the time I had made the first and only phone call! Even after I got the appointment confirmations via email and text, I was sure I was going to get a follow up message, letting me know that Precision could not honor the time I had scheduled. I was thinking theres no way they could come that fast. I was wrong! At the same time I got my confirmations, Jennifer came on the phone, took me off hold. I explained to her what I had just done (scheduling an appointment online). She was very helpful. She found my appointment and confirmed everything right there. I was also pleasantly informed there would be no service call charge unless there was no work to be done at all on my garage door. Keep in mind, I havent told anyone from Precision what my garage door issue was. Just a few minutes later, I got a call from the technician, Michael, asking permission to come earlier than my scheduled time. When Michael arrived, and after a brief discussion about the issue, he went right to work and figured out what choices I had to make the correct repairs. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to understand. He gave me everything I needed to make a decision. From the options he laid out, I could even tell he had my best interest in mind. Once I made my selection, he went right back to work and everything was done within about an hour and a half. In a situation where I thought I was going to have a headache getting my garage door fixed, Precision, and their team, instead turned it into an enjoyable experience. I will definitely recommend them to anybody I know and feel comfortable doing so.
