AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE, I needed a tech to get into my garage which was stuck closed, they got in through a side window which was fine and expected but they left all the glass and wood debris from it on the ground, didn't even bother cleaning that up. On top of that, they overcharged double typical rates for a new basic opener AND they programmed the door to open too far causing the tension cable to pop off and the door fell off the track in 3 different spots, an absolute pain!

My experience with Precision Garage Door was great since the beginning. Jordan was very polite and knowledgeable when he came to measure our doors. Eileen went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide assistance. She sent photos that were very helpful. She responded quickly through text, which was better for me. And when Jordan came back for installation, him and the other guy (sorry-can't remember his name) were both very helpful and explained everything in detail. Our garage doors look fantastic. They scheduled for the same morning, we're on time. Jordan is very professional. He explained all of my options in detail. Including the top option with 5 year warranty for only $50 more than the same work no warranty, $10 bucks a year to cover everything that was done today. Would recommend them as a 10. Our garage door lift-hardware failed last week. I looked online for a repair service and found Precision Garage Door. The booking process and execution of the repair could not be faulted. The booking person was polite and explained everything in advance. She read back all the details to make sure she had everything correct. We were relieved that the repair could happen on Saturday without incurring a surcharge and that a no obligation quote would be provided by the technician before any work was completed. My wife and I both received text messages to confirm the appointment, and one from the technician to say he was on his way. The message included a photo of said tech (Jeremy Parish). Jeremy was very professional, friendly and efficient, and the work was completed to a high standard. If you need a garage door repair in West Michigan, this company did an outstanding job for us.
