Jon C. came to service our garage door and I swear hes a magician when he works and great to learn from him because he knew all the tricks of trade! He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, showing and pointing out what good, bad and ugly. We will be calling them back when ready to replace and upgrade the actual garage door just for the piece of mind with the quality of work and attention to detail. So glad we called Precision! I received great and super fast service! I called at 8:15am, Jordan was there at 10:15pm and complete all the work by 12:15pm. Very professional and knowledgeable service. I had a broken spring and ended up also doing a bottom seal and general refresh. Highly recommended.

Quoted a price nearly 2x as much as other vendors and charged a 75 dollar consultation fee they didn't disclose over the phone, to tell us what we already knew, that one of the coils was broken. Thank you for nothing. Go with anyone else if you don't want to deal with sneaky business tactics and gross overcharging.

Precision Garage Door Service provided us with excellent care and service. They responded that same day - a Saturday - and Jeremy Parish was the technician. He was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us some great instructions for improving the functioning and life of our garage door. During the inspection, which most garage door companies don't offer, Jeremy discovered that one of the main bolts securing the door opener spring was missing. That could have been a real disaster! He repaired it quickly and efficiently. And the price of the entire service was very reasonable. We recommend this company 100%!

Ben and Stephen were great at making the entire process easy and seamless. My garage needed doors and to be honest was a car wreck. Nothing was square, it was never built for these kinds of doors, and it was never going to be an easy job. These guys explained the process and set expectations clearly. That was greatly appreciated as this was not an easy install. The service was exactly as promised, on time, and they left the space cleaner than they found it. The doors look great and the price was reasonable. If you need garage doors or repair this should be your first and only stop.

I had an issue with my garage door and had a tech out from a different company. They said the door needed to be replaced. I called Precision Garage Door and they sent their technician out within the hour. John looked my door over, did the safety inspection, made some adjustments, and stated it was in fine condition. Whew, saved me a ton of money. John Consiglio did a fine job, was pleasant, and timely. Thank You
