Way too expensive! Wowfirst quote was over $1,600!!???? And all i wanted was the spring replaced thats all that broke. Geeeesh. I paired it down to $691 and felt like i got a deal. The tech i had was great, but this is a DIY folks learn from mefind someone handy who can do it for you or go to YouTube University and save $$$$

We have had Precision Garage Door out four times in less than a year since they replaced our springs. Each time, the technicians are very friendly and polite, but unfortunately the problem has never been fully fixed. Its frustrating having to call them back every month to month and a half for the same issue. While I appreciate their kindness and responsiveness when they come out, the repeated visits are getting old and I would have expected a longer-lasting repair.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us some great instructions for improving the functioning and life of our garage door. During the inspection, which most garage door companies don't offer, Jeremy discovered that one of the main bolts securing the door opener spring was missing. That could have been a real disaster! He repaired it quickly and efficiently. And the price of the entire service was very reasonable. We recommend this company 100%!
