We called precision door this morning to help us program our key pad and fix our rubber strip on the door bottom. Jordan came out and found the problem in a short time. Surprised by availability of same day service, which required replacement of both door spring. Tyler did the work in ~30 minutesall on New Years Eve! He is a very friendly and respectful individual. Thank you Precision. ps I didnt do a cost comparison with other companies and suspect Precision would be on the high end of that spectrum, but with same day service and complete repair it was worth it.

Within the afternoon of my call to Precision for service on my garage door, the technician arrived. Jeremy Parish pleasantly greeted me on the phone in advance to let me know that he was on his way. When I explained that in addition to the regular maintenance, I wanted the aluminum channel and seal replaced, he believed that he had in his truck what was needed. I appreciated knowing that. Jeremy met me with his totally professional manner. After a quick assessment, he told me the method of repair and installation. An hour later, the entire job was completed!
