Surprised by availability of same day service, which required replacement of both door spring. Tyler did the work in ~30 minutesall on New Years Eve! He is a very friendly and respectful individual. Thank you Precision. ps I didnt do a cost comparison with other companies and suspect Precision would be on the high end of that spectrum, but with same day service and complete repair it was worth it.

I servicemen showed up soon after the request for service. They answered all questions. Laughed at all of my personality thoughts . They worked with each other with cooperation . They helped me decide which garage door opener to buy. They showed how to use the power. The opener is modern ,quiet and has added information . The office young lady was a joy to talk to in getting all of this to happen. Thanks again .

Our technician Jordan Houser came out and assessed our garage door situation and then provided us with multiple options for a new door. After choosing an option best for us Jordan also ended up being our installer for the project and not only was he on time and kept us in the loop up until the day of installation, he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and did an amazing job. He was timely and the job itself was quicker than expected. He gave us information after the install and made it clear of everything to expect. Also not to hesitate to ask questions we think of later. Precision also has friendly and helpful workers when you talk to them on the phone with many options to fix your issue. 10/10 would highly recommend them and use in the future for any garage door needs.

We called precision door this morning to help us program our key pad and fix our rubber strip on the door bottom. Jordan came out and found the problem in a short time. One of the numbers wasn't working. He fixed our door in a short time. Jordan was very professional and friendly. We have worked with them before and they are always very professional.
