From making the appointment to getting my garage door repaired, the entire process was smooth and easy! I was offered an appointment within a few hours of calling, but opted for a weekend appointment, which I was so grateful that they have! Jeremy called before arriving, and was super friendly. He explained what was wrong, and was able to repair the door within about 30-45 minutes. I would highly recommend using this company for anyone needing a repair for their garage door!

Our garage door motor died over the weekend. While we didnt need immediate service, it was nice to know they wouldve come out. It was very convenient to schedule the visit online, and Jeremy Parish showed up with everything needed to install a new system. Jeremy is great, super nice and very personable. He explained the situation completely, offered different options of motors, and it was done about an hour later! He did a great job explaining the new system to us, and asked if we had questions. The whole experience was awesome!!

My garage door stopped working so I called Precision and they had availability to send a tech out same day or offered availability pretty much everyday of the week. They were prompt and informative. Precision Garage Door scheduled a technician to check our garage door problem the same day we called. The technician, Jeremy Parish, arrived within the scheduled time frame. He diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes. Jeremy had the parts on hand, we approved the work, and he replaced the Genie garage door unit. It runs very quiet. We highly recommend Jeremy and Precision Garage Door of West Michigan.

Had a great experience with Jeremy this afternoon. He was very professional and was able to help us out with our less than 3 year old broken spring! We purchased a nice Clopay door but it was outfitted with inferior hardware (especially the springs) and noisy plastic wheels. Thanks to Jeremy, we know have a much better spring(s) and nice quiet urethane wheels with sealed bearings and better steel axles. We should have stuck with Precision for the replacement and have learned our lesson. Precision Garage Door for life!

Tyler did a great job and worked quickly. I was anticipating a single spring replacement repair for about $375. However, he said they only do double springs on my 2 car garage door. So, with installing 2 springs, 3 bearings, and 2 cables, plus labor, the bill came to $888. Way more than I had anticipated. But I was in a jam needing the door fixed quickly. I would have shopped around for a lower price if I would have had more time.
