It was very convenient to schedule the visit online, and Jeremy Parish showed up with everything needed to install a new system. Jeremy is great, super nice and very personable. He explained the situation completely, offered different options of motors, and it was done about an hour later! He did a great job explaining the new system to us, and asked if we had questions. The guy that showed up was nice, BUT, he took apart a piece of my door and didn't put it back together before he left, along with losing the bolt to hold it together so we had to search for something to fit so we could at least get the door open until we could get it fixed. They charge $75 just for a quote and they quoted almost $1500 for a conversion kit for damaged springs. Fawley Door does quotes for free and quoted almost $900 less the next day and fixed it right then. Shop local.
