Fast, friendly, and courteous. Got a completely new door and all hardware installed. The sales representative was here same day as ours completely failed. Took his time to discuss all our options, styles, etc. Install day, Cesar and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the product and service. Would 100% recommend anyone to utilize this company.

Shawn was on time, early actually, was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, assessed the issue and quoted me a price to complete the repair. He offered helpful suggestions on my equipment but was not pushy on trying to upsell me. I appreciated his honesty and insights to make informed decisions based on info and not pressure to buy an upsell. Shawn was great and I will call Precision for any future garage door needs.

Pleased with the response and service provided. Beginning with an emergency repair late afternoon on 7/29 to the new door installation on 8/4. The Technicians on both days were professional, installing beginning their work and providing information about what they were doing and answering any questions. I will highly recommended Precision Door. 4/16/24 - My garage door wasn't closing. Precision responding within two hours and remedied the situation. High marks for Precision and their technicial Mark.

Dylan our technician was courteous and polite. He arrived before my scheduled time. Fixed my garage door and provided many options for purchasing a new door with various price structures. Dylan completed the work in a quick fashion and explained to me about things I need to consider. Excellent job and highly recommend Dylan for superior service. My outside keypad was not working. I called Precision and had the repairman at my door within 45 minutes. Mark Kucel was outstanding. Polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options to me. I am very satisfied
