Answered call on a holiday weekend. Technician was scheduled for following day. Technician called 30 minutes before arriving. Technician was knowledgeable, courteous, was thorough in investigating our problem. It’s good to know there is a company that values its expert service. Don’t waste your time and money on other companies. This one is the best!

We had the best experience. Technician Jeff Gariepy was excellent! He was very well informed and explained every option and did a thorough exam of our current door. My wife and I were so impressed by Jeff's knowledge and experience. We could not imagine getting another technician that's how great Jeff was. I had two other garage door businesses telling me different stories on what I needed. I was impressed with precision door reviews. When I met technician Jeff, I was impressed right away. I looked at a number of Garage Door repair businesses on line , several looking good but something just impressed me. I looked at the reviews and the personnel, and many looked like they were skilled. I really liked the technician Jeff and saw he had 100% good reviews. Lo and behold he was my repair man. He knew immediately what I needed and gave me 3 options to choose from. I opted for the one that fit my needs and budget that was in the middle. The wire was first class with great explanation what was replaced. Love the 5 year warranty and glad I chose Precision. Mindy in the office was also very helpful in setting up the appointment which was very timely and well fit in my schedule. Received a new spring, cables, and rollers. Am glad I chose this company!
