The prior repairs on the door were also performed by Precision Doors and was very satisfied with that work and had no concerns calling them again. Dylan did a great job on the spring and cable replacements. I was extremely grateful that a technician was able to do the repair the same day I placed the call.

Contacted another company because my remote garage door key pod stopped working. Their employee told me to go to Lowes and purchase a new one my self read the instructions and do it myself. I am a female over 70 years of age so I hung up on him and contacted Precision who was very helpful and came out the same day. Dylan went over every step with me showed me some things that was also going on with my garage door. So I ended up ordering a whole new door. Just think if the other company had did this they would have gotten the money. I will always contact Precision.

I chose Precision because of their web presence. I’m glad I did. Our technician was very wise in the way of garage doors. He seemed to know all there is to know about our system. He was patient, and took time to explain what our problem was, and a couple of options to fix it. He gave us a senior’s discount without our asking. He resolved the electronics issue in ten minutes, and then answered all of our questions about our system. It was a pleasant and informative appointment, he is among the few service providers we will remember as being excellent, leaving us with our problems fully resolved and much more informed about the many features of our system we did not know even existed. I’ve used Precision Door for past service and it had always been a good experience. This time was no exception. They arrived on schedule (a Sunday) and had my door repaired quickly and efficiently. Dylan took the time to explain what needed to be done and provided a quote for a new door as needed.
