I contacted Precision for an emergency garage door repair. Not only were they able to make an appointment with technician the same day but the repair person arrived within 40 min of making the initial call. While I wasn't happy regarding an unplanned garage repair cost...I couldn't have been more happy with the attentiveness and assistance Precision/repair technician were able to provide. The Technician ,Shawn Durecka, in addition to being very friendly, was able to install our equipment within an hour and explained everything thoroughly. No one likes having to pay unexpected costs for home issues, but precision was able to at least provide me peace of mind for a job well done.

He was very courteous and personable, he offered repair options and we selected the Better Option Restore package replacing all moving parts. He arrived on time and completed the repairs in one and a half hours. We were very happy with his service! We had seen or heard Precision garage door advertised many times so decided to do some research. I found the entire process of scheduling, choosing an option and installation very easy. Dalton arrived on time at my residence. The garage door was not closing properly. Dalton was accompanied by a trainee, Deyonte ( Sp?) Together they conducted an assessment of the garage door and opener system and quickly determined the problem. Both of them communicated well, explaining the problem and how they would adjust the system to correct the problem. The service provided was fast, friendly, and efficient! I will call them again in the future should any problems arise. Precision Door also installed a new garage door for me three years ago. The door and the operating system have been trouble free since installation. The trouble experienced today with the door was due to objects being placed to close to sensors and wiring. Precision door is a quality business with excellent customer service and excellent products.

Request an appointment for replacing a broken spring. Got quotes for every possible ups option, and technician would not quote spring replacement. Minimum price was $1,100 without explanation of need for upsell. Charged $75 (expected) and refused to quote spring replacement only, so I had no choice but to refuse any upsell service. I will happily share my experience with neighbors and friends at every opportunity. Competitors came just as quick and performed requested service for $400, fully satisfying their new customer.
