I appreciate getting a text letting me know that the technician was on his way and he arrived in a timely manner. His name is Joey. After inspecting the garage door he walked me through the different options that I had. After I decided which route I want to take, he completed the repairs to my satisfaction. Precision Garage was GREAT!! The problem occurred around 3PM and within the hour, Technician Mark Kucel called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. Needed panels replaced. Rep said they do not make that door anymore because of age He quoted 3500 for new door with $200 coupon. Another company came out and fixed door for $185 and said they still make those doors and quoted 2600 for new door.

Easy to make an appointment online. Brian was in contact with me prior to appointment time to ask about problem with the garage door. When he arrived he listened to my issue with the door. He explained what he would do to assess the problem. Brian then reviewed what he found, maintenance of the door and how clean the sensors. Great service.
