I’ve been having a problem with a recently installed garage door opener and garage door. I called Precision Door and it was immediately resolved. The technician Eric came to my house ,trouble shooted the problem,explained what he was doing and made the correction. Very professional ! Jason from the home office called before,during and after the job was done to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. It’s rare today to get such personal attention. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door! Brian was great and very helpful. He replaced our motor, installed new sensors and remotes, and set us up with a remote app to control the door from our phones. He also balanced our springs and did a full inspection in under two hours. Super friendly, efficient, and professional service. We are very happy to have a functional and updated garage.

I have used Precision Garage Door in the past for replacing the spring on my garage door and to install a new door opener motor. I had a problem with the door closing intermittently and Brian came out and did an inspection and advised me on how to resolve the issue. He waived the service fee and bid me a good day! I wouldn’t dream of calling anyone but Precision Garage Door for any repairs.

I has having some issues with the garage door opening and closing. Precision Garage Door sent out Dalton Rhodes to come take a look and do a safety inspection. After 11+ years, a lot of the old hardware, springs/rollers and garage door opener were wearing out. I had all the hardware replaced with upgrades, track re-alignment, new garage door opener, new springs/cables and sensors. Everything works like new now. Excellent service and professionalism. Full explanation was given on what was needed, and what would be nice upgrades for better service/durability over time. I was also given options about everything. Outstanding work. Definitely recommend Dalton and Precision Garage Door.

Needed panels replaced. Rep said they do not make that door anymore because of age He quoted 3500 for new door with $200 coupon. Another company came out and fixed door for $185 and said they still make those doors and quoted 2600 for new door.
