We are very happy with the work Charles performed on our garage door yesterday. He examined our door and opener thoroughly before giving us a choice of remedies, not pushing us in any one direction. Charles explained all the options letting us to decide how to proceed. We feel we made the best choice and can’t believe the difference his work made. My first experience with a technician pushing repair packages over the years of garage door problems, it’s always been “ they see the problem, and they fix it.” I suppose he did what he was trained to do ,and he did it well. Very professional! But don’t try to sell me on things I don’t need. I worry that these techniques for over-the-top sales gimmicks may confound other senior citizens to purchase things they don’t need. Thank you
