Wow! Dalton was extremely knowledgeable and installed a Liftmaster to replace our old Genie. It is so smooth and quiet that we actually stood there and made it go up and down several times to enjoy it. He also explained service requirements and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to others.

I had a perfect experience! I made an inquiry on google on a Sunday afternoon to four companies for a quote. Precision was the first to respond. I had some questions that were looked into and answered without delay. I received a site visit within an hour of my call! There is a fee to get a quote but it is applied to the total bill. I was very pleased with Charles who did my quote. He was very forthright and personable and the quote was very reasonable. I scheduled my job for 6 days out. It was done yesterday. Charles did the work and did a great job! He was very meticulous and thoughtful in his handling of this project and the total cost was less than originally anticipated. I am very pleased. Will call Precision again instead of company I used prior.

Had a spring break over the weekend and called Precision. Tech came out same day at scheduled time. Told me I needed 2 new springs, cables and new bearings. Quoted out 3 different packages ranging from $1900-$1200 all of which sounded ridiculous to me. I ended up calling another local garage repair business and had both springs and cables replaced for $395. They also said my bearings looked good but would recommend switching them next time I need a spring replacement. He said those would be $65/ea. End of the day I saved $805 on the repair. My advice, shop around. These guys are WAAAY OVERPRICED. Gave 2 stars because the tech showed up on time and was friendly.

Dylan Smith-Gailey was very helpful in running a full diagnostic on our broken garage door. He outlined all of the issue points and was informative about what had normal wear and tear. The replacement of the spring and few other components was reasonably priced and his labor was professional.

Garage door stopped working. Remotes and button on the wall did not work. Quoted $4000 replacement. Workmates came over, shoved the door completely open, button and remotes worked to close perfectly. Buyer beware

Excellent company. They send you email with the technician coming to do the work for you. Jordan Wallace has done work for us on two occasions. He replaced the eye on our garage door and it lasted almost a year. Today he replaced the garage door opener, which was on its last legs. He was here on time, he repaired and installed the new garage door opener, quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Precision Garage Doors technician Jeff Bhelm came out to service my request for a garage door today, August 13, 2025 for remote opener replacement. He said he was required to inspect my garage door too. He showed me "three (3) small metal cracks" inside the door when raised and said they could pose a safety hazard if not replaced. I only called for a garage door opener replacement not a sales pitch for a new door! However I called PGD because of their TV commercials. Perhaps in the near future I will.probably consider them for a new garage foor. Jeff was just doing his job and left a brochure just in case... I was satisfied with the new garage door opener programmed to my existing system. Service call charge is $75.00 however it is part of the inspection tion

Pat Stevens came through for the win. Diagnosis and communication was clear and explained well. Pat knows all the tricks of a pro and tuned up my 20 year old garage door. A lot of moving parts were well worn out , but he had all the correct parts and options at hand to replace them. Well worth the cost and effort. Other garage door installers had budged up the job , Pat corrected these mistakes and resolved every issue
