Was in need of new garage door remotes from an aged unit. Customer service was accommodating to my schedule to be home, and prompt in answering the phone! On the day of service Dan service person phoned in advanced of arriving and was able to track his exact arrival. Dan was friendly, professional, and patient in answering my questions. Dan was honest in his observations of an old tracking system to match the remotes but said he will investigate while performing maintenance. He was honest with his conclusion about the tracking system in that it worked and was able to make the new remotes work, not necessary to purchase a new unit at this time, but forward me cost for the future. He did not try to persuade me, or flat out tell me I needed a new unit today, etc... I have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past and will continue to call of them for serving my garage door needs!

I set up an appointment for Wednesday 6/3/26 around 10:00am. I was notified by Mr. Dan Duvall that he was on his way, on time. We met, he was very friendly and professional. The lift to my shed door became disabled. Mr. Duvall listen to my comments, check the motorized unit and we both determined that a replacement would be best for my door. The unit was about 25 years old and replacement parts if possible would not be best for a long term operation. Mr. Duvall, gave me an estimate and I gave him the go ahead to replace the unit. He was fast, neat, clean up all the boxes and old unit. I ask a lot of questions, got good in dept answers, he was very curious and pleasant to talk to. He work very professional and when finish explain the new operation procedures. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service company and Mr. Dan Duvall for any garage door problems. A great company to call for repairs, and great service personnel like Dan Duvall to preform repairs as needed.

My daughter's garage door broke and she was very satisfied with Precision's service. On my way to work in the morning my garage door would not close completely. After work I called Precision and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and was able to schedule a service man that day. The young man was pleasant and professional and repaired my door. Door was repaired but took too visits. Tech was very polite and good.Only mishap was when he remover tension on door springs and lowering the door one of steel lines sapped and broke one of the insulated glass windows of which I need to have made.
