Easy to make an appointment online. Brian was in contact with me prior to appointment time to ask about problem with the garage door. When he arrived he listened to my issue with the door. He explained what he would do to assess the problem. Brian then reviewed what he found, maintenance of the door and how clean the sensors. Great service.

Highly recommend Precision Garage Door! Brian was great and very helpful. He replaced our motor, installed new sensors and remotes, and set us up with a remote app to control the door from our phones. He also balanced our springs and did a full inspection in under two hours. Super friendly, efficient, and professional service. We are very happy to have a functional and updated garage.

I have used Precision Garage Door in the past for replacing the spring on my garage door and to install a new door opener motor. I had a problem with the door closing intermittently and Brian came out and did an inspection and advised me on how to resolve the issue. He waived the service fee and bid me a good day! I wouldn’t dream of calling anyone but Precision Garage Door for any repairs.

This is the third time I have had my door serviced by precision. They were prompt in answering and scheduling my appointment, arrived on time, investigated, discussed issues and made necessary repairs. The first visit was a spring replacement; so material held up as expected. Last visit was a warranty issue. Again tech was A1. On time, personable, did the repair, explained issue, and made adjustments to minimize future issues. I give both the tech and Precision 5 stars. Thank you!
