Hi, my name is Diane, I chose Precision Garage Door because of their website and all the years they have been in business. I got a next day appointment even though I called after 5pm the prior day. Brad Rambo was my tech & showed up promptly, polite & very knowledgeable. He went over all my options for a new opener & installed w/no problem. He was nice enough to remove grill & other obstacles that would be in his way & then put everything back.
