The technician Eric came to my house ,trouble shooted the problem,explained what he was doing and made the correction. Very professional ! Eric arrived shortly after the notification he was on the way. I had been having problems with new remote openers and door adjustments. He resolved all issues with them and also installed a locking emergency door release I requested. He also reprogrammed the door side opening pushbutton digital code which had been out of operation. Eric provided some general explanation for all the programming needed. Efficient, quick and helpful. This was a very good experience for me.

This is the second time I used Precision. I called back since I was satisfied with the service they provided in 2021. Phone operator was very helpful. She was able to schedule me in just a few hours on a Sunday. Eric, the technician, was very efficient and knowledgeable... extremely nice too.
