The appointment time was from 12:00 - 4:00 pm. The door bell rang at 12:00 on the dot. A nice looking young man was waiting on the other side of the door and immediately began his inspection. It was determined the motor was gone and needed a full replacement. He was efficient, professional and most courteous. I will recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone I know who finds they are having difficulty with their remote in opening or closing the garage door.
