I was very pleased with Michael B., who came out to give me an estimate on my garage door. He detailed everything and offered some suggestions that helped me decide on the steel gauge of a new door. This was service at its best.

Needed panels replaced. Rep said they do not make that door anymore because of age He quoted 3500 for new door with $200 coupon. Another company came out and fixed door for $185 and said they still make those doors and quoted 2600 for new door.

Excellent representative Mike Brose was a pleasure to work with. I emailed Precision Door on Saturday and Mike came out on Tuesday! He was well spoken and professional. Listened to our thoughts on possible options with our current door and he offered many designs options for new door. Mike was very helpful in narrowing down our ideas.
