A recent thunderstorm with high winds and flying debris ruined our garage door and we couldn't even open it. Precision had installed it new for us about 10 years ago, and we were highly satisfied then, so we called them immediately to see if they could help. Someone came out the same day and determined what we needed and Joshua Abt, their installer, came out a couple days later and installed the new door for us. He did an excellent job, made sure everything worked perfectly before he left, and made sure we were satisfied. We were highly satisfied with him and also the gentleman who came out to inspect the damage and quote us a new door. The price was very fair and we signed immediately. We've used Precision twice and won't hesitate to use them again in the future if the need arises.

Steve Wells arrived earlier than what he called. He inspected the door with the opener issue and concluded the door system needed replacement due to its over 30 year old age. He showed us the choices and recommended the one with us after some discussion. Financing was available to us. Sometime in June is the projected replacement date. New openers will be installed for both doors. The current opener closing issue was fixed until door replacement.

I used this company for the first time a few years ago and was very pleased with the technician. I had another issue with my door yesterday and needed to have the cables replaced. Steve was here first thing this morning and had the job done very fast. He was friendly, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The work was under warranty and was taken care of beautifully!

BEWARE. The service tech was upselling the entire time and tried to charge 3x what it should cost to replace a spring. Bad business!!!

Met with Steve, told him about my door remote was not working every time i open my garage door. He told me my garage was in bad shape. 26 years old. so i decided to get a new garage door. Steve was very helpful , with the payments ect.
