Will attempt to scam you instead of doing business in good faith. Called for a broken chain. Shows up says can't fix the chain doesn't have "parts" attempts to try and scam me into replacing entire garage door for $6700 and refused to have a broken down quote. Another company fixed it no problem for about $200.

Precision door Company was very professional took the time to explain what they found and gave us three options of what could be done Jon the repair person explain things that we could understand what was happening why the door wasn't going up and down. We were able to get same day service and Jeremy the technician came right on time. He was personable and quickly diagnosed the problem and pointed out issues that I had not even noticed like two broken door hinges. Jeremy was able to quickly do repairs at a reasonable price. From making the appointment to getting my garage door repaired, the entire process was smooth and easy! I was offered an appointment within a few hours of calling, but opted for a weekend appointment, which I was so grateful that they have! Jeremy called before arriving, and was super friendly. He explained what was wrong, and was able to repair the door within about 30-45 minutes. I would highly recommend using this company for anyone needing a repair for their garage door!
