Couldnt be happier with Precision Door. We had a situation where our garage door was damaged, unusable and our car was trapped inside. Their technician, Tyler, was there, the same day in less than 2 hrs from the moment it happened. He helped get the car out the garage and the e had a new door ordered that same day. I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement.

Will attempt to scam you instead of doing business in good faith. Called for a broken chain. Shows up says can't fix the chain doesn't have "parts" attempts to try and scam me into replacing entire garage door for $6700 and refused to have a broken down quote. Another company fixed it no problem for about $200.

We were able to get same day service and Jeremy the technician came right on time. He was personable and quickly diagnosed the problem and pointed out issues that I had not even noticed like two broken door hinges. Jeremy was able to quickly do repairs at a reasonable price.
