Fast and professional service! Connor Scane came out to look at my issue. My 20 plus year old garage door opener was dead and I needed a new one. He quoted me a fair price and was able to install it right then and there which was so convenient. They also offered a discount for law enforcement and/or military service so dont forget to ask!

Had a great experience with Precision. Our garage door was not working at all. Jourdan came out, took a look and was able to explain everything clearly. He was knowledgeable, professional and did an amazing job getting our garage door as good as new. He thoroughly explained everything after it was installed and answered all of my questions. Judd Sybesma, a personable and competent technician fixed our broken cable very quickly. However, the charge of $240. for 29 minutes of work seemed excessive, even for same day service.

Car was trapped in the garage due to a broken spring. Came out the same day and the repair was completed along with other needed maintenance. Very friendly and punctual. Would definitely recommend.

My garage door spring broke on a Saturday night, they were available the next morning without an additional fee. The job was done within an hour. Pricing is a little high but they use high end products with a 10 year warranty and make sure your door is balanced and working smoothly.

Their technician, Tyler, was there, the same day in less than 2 hrs from the moment it happened. He helped get the car out the garage and the e had a new door ordered that same day.
