Called on Monday to get a broken spring fixed. They came out Tuesday morning and we're done within an hour. Extremely professional, showed me things about my garage door that I had no clue about. I didn't know my door could be that quiet! Will definitely call them again.

Jordan Houser from Precision was outstanding, listened respectfully and very knowledgeable with the service he provided. Fast and professional service! Connor Scane came out to look at my issue. My 20 plus year old garage door opener was dead and I needed a new one. He quoted me a fair price and was able to install it right then and there which was so convenient. They also offered a discount for law enforcement and/or military service so dont forget to ask!

Had a great experience with Precision. Our garage door was not working at all. Jourdan came out, took a look and was able to explain everything clearly. He was knowledgeable, professional and did an amazing job getting our garage door as good as new. He thoroughly explained everything after it was installed and answered all of my questions.
