We built a house four years ago and have had nothing but issues with the garage door due to poor installation. Our garage door became stuck and several parts were completely worn down. I called Precision Garage in the morning and they were able to come in the early afternoon. Jeremy arrived and was knowledgeable and thorough with his assessment and recommended repairs. Their website was fantastic and I was able to get a service slot the same day (within the hour) and was emailed a confirmation immediately. Shortly after that I received a photo of who was coming along with additional information to get me taken care of. 30 minutes later I received a call from Jordan Houser letting me know he would be there in 30 minutes. Ben and Stephen were great at making the entire process easy and seamless. My garage needed doors and to be honest was a car wreck. Nothing was square, it was never built for these kinds of doors, and it was never going to be an easy job. These guys explained the process and set expectations clearly. That was greatly appreciated as this was not an easy install. The service was exactly as promised, on time, and they left the space cleaner than they found it. The doors look great and the price was reasonable. If you need garage doors or repair this should be your first and only stop.
