I had a problem with my garage door cables coming uncoiled. Called precision at 9 am on a Monday morning and Judd came out just after 11am the same day! No bs, very professional and friendly. He had my garage door opener working better than before in about 20 minutes! Excellent, fast service! Would definitely recommend their service!!

Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced! I placed a call at 11am to see if they had anyone with availability this week to replace a torsion spring that had snapped, and within a couple hours Jon Consiglio stoped by and got my garage door fully functional again. I would call Jon for any future repairs, and would recommend him to a friend.

Our garage door motor died over the weekend. While we didnt need immediate service, it was nice to know they wouldve come out. It was very convenient to schedule the visit online, and Jeremy Parish showed up with everything needed to install a new system. Jeremy is great, super nice and very personable. He explained the situation completely, offered different options of motors, and it was done about an hour later! He did a great job explaining the new system to us, and asked if we had questions. The whole experience was awesome!!
