Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced! I placed a call at 11am to see if they had anyone with availability this week to replace a torsion spring that had snapped, and within a couple hours Jon Consiglio stoped by and got my garage door fully functional again. I would call Jon for any future repairs, and would recommend him to a friend.

Our garage door motor died over the weekend. While we didnt need immediate service, it was nice to know they wouldve come out. It was very convenient to schedule the visit online, and Jeremy Parish showed up with everything needed to install a new system. Jeremy is great, super nice and very personable. He explained the situation completely, offered different options of motors, and it was done about an hour later! He did a great job explaining the new system to us, and asked if we had questions. The whole experience was awesome!!

Today I needed to get my garage door in working order again and I called Precision Door Service around 12:30 and Jordan Houser was here by 2:00. He ended up having to replace my opener and spent plenty of time with me explaining why and what my options were. I am very pleased with his demeanor and professionalism. The guy that showed up was nice, BUT, he took apart a piece of my door and didn't put it back together before he left, along with losing the bolt to hold it together so we had to search for something to fit so we could at least get the door open until we could get it fixed. They charge $75 just for a quote and they quoted almost $1500 for a conversion kit for damaged springs. Fawley Door does quotes for free and quoted almost $900 less the next day and fixed it right then. Shop local.

Precision Garage Door scheduled a technician to check our garage door problem the same day we called. The technician, Jeremy Parish, arrived within the scheduled time frame. He diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes. Jeremy had the parts on hand, we approved the work, and he replaced the Genie garage door unit. It runs very quiet. We highly recommend Jeremy and Precision Garage Door of West Michigan.
