They scheduled for the same morning, we're on time. Jordan is very professional. He explained all of my options in detail. Including the top option with 5 year warranty for only $50 more than the same work no warranty, $10 bucks a year to cover everything that was done today. Would recommend them as a 10. Ask for Jordan.

Jeremy Parish was quick, friendly, and efficient. He made sure everything was working smoothly the whole time he was servicing our garage. He even made sure the door closed all the way with changing the setting on the motor. Also was quite assuring that the damages were repairable without trying to scam me into getting something I didn't need. Checked to make sure all the parts that move were moving properly and added some lubricant. I would say it was a very fair estimate. My door almost looks good as new. Even helped me with tips on how to keep the garage door in the best condition it can be in a long with tips on what to look out for as the door is original from 97'. Thank you guys for helping my family keep our dog inside.

Our garage door lift-hardware failed last week. I looked online for a repair service and found Precision Garage Door. The booking process and execution of the repair could not be faulted. The booking person was polite and explained everything in advance. She read back all the details to make sure she had everything correct. We were relieved that the repair could happen on Saturday without incurring a surcharge and that a no obligation quote would be provided by the technician before any work was completed. My wife and I both received text messages to confirm the appointment, and one from the technician to say he was on his way. The message included a photo of said tech (Jeremy Parish). Jeremy was very professional, friendly and efficient, and the work was completed to a high standard. If you need a garage door repair in West Michigan, this company did an outstanding job for us.

My experience with Precision Garage Door was great since the beginning. Jordan was very polite and knowledgeable when he came to measure our doors. Eileen went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide assistance. She sent photos that were very helpful. She responded quickly through text, which was better for me. And when Jordan came back for installation, him and the other guy (sorry-can't remember his name) were both very helpful and explained everything in detail. Our garage doors look fantastic. I'm really hoping to do our barn door at some point soon, too! Thank you!
