We had a great experience with Precisuon Garage Door of West MI. I called on a Friday when the big spring snapped and my garage door didn't open. They were able to get a technician to me that same day for repair (I was very surprise). The technician, Tyler was extremely helpful, friendly, efficient. He explained how a repair that day was just a band-aid and didn't address the full problem. He then helped us direct that money towards a new door and we met a new technician Benjamin the following week. Ben was very professional, thorough, friendly. Garage Door is an impressive upgrade and pricing was as expected. I recommend this company and would use again ( but doubt I will have to for another 20 years).

Bottom line, I ended up ordering a whole new door (current one is really old!) so James explained the whole process, answered all my questions and got the process started. I do not do too many of these Google reviews but I felt compelled to do so after my experience I just had. Jordan came out to my home to replace what I thought to only be a cable on my garage door. Turned out to be quite a bit more work that needed to be done than just that. It was great that he had everything he needed right on the truck, so there were no delays in repairing my door. He was extremely professional, kind as well as understanding. He completed the job in less time than what he estimated as I needed to get to a dinner engagement. I was extremely happy that they were able to come and complete the job after normal business hours as well. I would highly recommend this company, especially Jordan , if you are looking for any garage door repairs as I will not hesitate to call them for any future needs I may have.

Arriving home from shopping, we no sooner got into the house with groceries when we heard a large bang from the garage. Turned out to be a broken spring. We sceduled an appointment online for same day service. Judd showed up about two hours later and he was great. He evaluated all moving parts, gave us three levels of quotes and then proceeded to fix everything. He was done in less than an hour and we have a fully functional garage door again with two springs instead of one, new rollers, new cables, new bearings and cable drums. This was needed after 22 yrs. of no service ever having been done on this door. Thank you for such prompt service!
