The technician that arrived for my appointment was very knowledgeable and professional. Cost was slightly higher than a smaller family owned company, however I believe Precision's warranty and stance behind their product makes up for the difference. Good experience.

Very easy to schedule along with fast and timely service by a friendly knowledgeable technician in Jordan! Price was a bit high, but we are trusting we wont have to repair again in another 3-4 years! Arriving home from shopping, we no sooner got into the house with groceries when we heard a large bang from the garage. Turned out to be a broken spring. We sceduled an appointment online for same day service. Judd showed up about two hours later and he was great. He evaluated all moving parts, gave us three levels of quotes and then proceeded to fix everything. He was done in less than an hour and we have a fully functional garage door again with two springs instead of one, new rollers, new cables, new bearings and cable drums. This was needed after 22 yrs. of no service ever having been done on this door. Thank you for such prompt service!

Mike M. Was my tech and very nice, respectful, quick. He called me when he was 15 mins and was right on time, explained what he saw wrong and then gave me the two choices to fix the few issues or just replace all the old parts to brand new, which I just went with all new because dont really want this to happen again in a week or month or when ever those old parts decide to go. Mike got it done quick and then explained how to lube all the parts to keep it working properly.

Door problem at 7:00am, called Precision Door, they scheduled appointment for 10 to 12 same day. Jordan called 10:15, arrived 10:30, finished job just before noon. Polite, professional, answered questions, did his job as promised. I have used the services of Precision Door in the past with equal satisfaction. I would recommend always, to anyone.
