On Sunday, April 21st, the rollers came out of the track on the garage door. I called Precision and the phone person sent Jon Consiglio to fix the door. Jon came at 4:00 the same day. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and did the annual inspection saving me from making an additional appointment. I cant say enough about his professionalism. He is an excellent representative for the company. I also liked the fact that the company sent his picture so I knew who I was expecting and verified his appointment with an e-mail. I called first thing this morning after my garage door spring broke and my truck was stuck inside. They had an afternoon appointment available same day. Judd came out and did a full inspection of everything. He was honest and fair. He had my garage door back up and working properly within a few hours. I highly recommend using precision Door. Our door opener broke after our power went out, and within a day they had Jon out to inspect and assess the damage, after his safety inspection. Two days later, he had come and installed a brand new opener and was so polite and kind to me and my girlfriend. Service was kind, quick, and convenient. I'm absolutely pleased with the outcome and the quality of work. He even showed us how to care for it during the appointment, indicating which bearings and parts to lube quarterly.

He called ahead to tell me exactly what time he would be coming. Arrived on time, he explained what needed to be done with my broken garage door opener and gave me a couple choices.
