Mike McClellan, our service tech, was informative, helpful, thorough, and friendly. He worked through several hitches to ensure that our finished garage door was up to his standards. He even returned to touch up a small scratch that I did not see, but he did. "It bothers me because it's new." I was impressed by his honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship. I would recommend him to anyone.

Last service 2015 - experience was great - 9 years later sudden spring failure on door that opens 8-10 times daily sometimes - am problem fixed in afternoon- Nicholas was was great - wife is happy - I am happy - refreshing use of technology to provide great service- kudos to the IT staff team . Your company has it right.

Door problem at 7:00am, called Precision Door, they scheduled appointment for 10 to 12 same day. Jordan called 10:15, arrived 10:30, finished job just before noon. Polite, professional, answered questions, did his job as promised. I have used the services of Precision Door in the past with equal satisfaction. I would recommend always, to anyone.
