Jeremy Parish, the technician from Precision Overhead Garage Door Services, was extremely punctual, cordial and knowledgeable when it came to service on . our garage door. He went above and beyond explaining what and why we needed certain things done and then went about doing it in about an hour on a Saturday night. I highly recommend him and his company for any work you need done. Well done Jeremy!

This was the second company I called after the spring broke on my garage door, trapping my vehicle inside. The first company was going to take 4 days to get to me. I called these guys at 8pm and had Nick at my house by 8am. Nick was helpful and informative. He did a great job and also was helpful in understanding future needs of my doors. I would highly recommend and would call again!

AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE, I needed a tech to get into my garage which was stuck closed, they got in through a side window which was fine and expected but they left all the glass and wood debris from it on the ground, didn't even bother cleaning that up. On top of that, they overcharged double typical rates for a new basic opener AND they programmed the door to open too far causing the tension cable to pop off and the door fell off the track in 3 different spots, an absolute pain!

Precision door arrived 1/2 an hour earlier than expected. The technician Jordan Houser was helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are a little high but did a good job . Jordan was professional and polite .

Jordan diagnosed my issues and explained my options. He was able to replace my 29 year old motor, and replaced parts that make the door open and close more smoothly. I am excited about the keypad and back up battery that will come in handy if there are power outages. I loved that he had all the parts on his truck and finished the work in less than 4 hours! He did an exemplary job, and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Very pleased with this company and their service. John came out within an hour of me calling to diagnose the problem. Wasnt able to fix it since it was complex but came back first thing the next morning and took care of it. Very professional, helpful and patient. Explained everything thoroughly and set up the remotes to work on the garage he repaired and the pole barn door as well. I would highly recommend John and Precision Garage Door.

My experience with Precision Garage Door was great since the beginning. Jordan was very polite and knowledgeable when he came to measure our doors. Eileen went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide assistance. She sent photos that were very helpful. She responded quickly through text, which was better for me. And when Jordan came back for installation, him and the other guy (sorry-can't remember his name) were both very helpful and explained everything in detail. Our garage doors look fantastic. I'm really hoping to do our barn door at some point soon, too! Thank you!

They scheduled for the same morning, we're on time. Jordan is very professional. He explained all of my options in detail. Including the top option with 5 year warranty for only $50 more than the same work no warranty, $10 bucks a year to cover everything that was done today. Would recommend them as a 10. Ask for Jordan.
