I called yesterday for a repair on our garage door. We had an appointment today between 10-12 AM. A very nice technician Conner Scene arrived at around 10:30 and had been keeping in touch as when he would arrive. He did a very nice job of repairs. We had never needed Precision before so were new customers and they took care of our problem very quickly. Thank you to all.

I called on Saturday morning and was surprised that they would be able to provide service the same day. The service tech, Jesse, showed up in the early P.M., as promised. I am grateful for delivery of my new door and motor - I wasn't looking to spend $$ on a garage door. Those funds were intended for a very different joy on my bucket list. But Life happens as we plan and that is no fault of yours.
