I called on Saturday morning and was surprised that they would be able to provide service the same day. The service tech, Jesse, showed up in the early P.M., as promised. He was pleasant and competent and without knowing what the issue was, had the parts needed to repair the door on his service van. Took about 1½ . Door works great.

Thank you all for your service and kindness. These are tough times with greed and grift attacking the world. I am grateful for delivery of my new door and motor - I wasn't looking to spend $$ on a garage door. Those funds were intended for a very different joy on my bucket list. But Life happens as we plan and that is no fault of yours.

Way too expensive! Wowfirst quote was over $1,600!!???? And all i wanted was the spring replaced thats all that broke. Geeeesh. I paired it down to $691 and felt like i got a deal. The tech i had was great, but this is a DIY folks learn from mefind someone handy who can do it for you or go to YouTube University and save $$$$
