I received great and super fast service! I called at 8:15am, Jordan was there at 10:15pm and complete all the work by 12:15pm. Very professional and knowledgeable service. I had a broken spring and ended up also doing a bottom seal and general refresh. Highly recommended.

Quoted a price nearly 2x as much as other vendors and charged a 75 dollar consultation fee they didn't disclose over the phone, to tell us what we already knew, that one of the coils was broken. Thank you for nothing. Go with anyone else if you don't want to deal with sneaky business tactics and gross overcharging.

Our garage door spring decided to break on a holiday weekend Sunday. Both cars trapped in the garage! I called Precision and the call was immediately picked up by Charlla (sp.) who was super understanding and very efficiently collected all the needed information. Connor called about an hour later to tell us he was on his way. He immediately went to work and within about an hour we were back in business! Very impressed with Precision's operation from beginning to end. We could even follow a link to see where Connor was before he got here, how far away in minutes and miles! Connor was super, well dressed, clean, articulate and knew exactly what he was doing from beginning to end! Glad I made the call I did! Would do it again anytime!

Precision Garage Door Service provided us with excellent care and service. They responded that same day - a Saturday - and Jeremy Parish was the technician. He was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us some great instructions for improving the functioning and life of our garage door. During the inspection, which most garage door companies don't offer, Jeremy discovered that one of the main bolts securing the door opener spring was missing. That could have been a real disaster! He repaired it quickly and efficiently. And the price of the entire service was very reasonable. We recommend this company 100%!
